Delivery/Shipping Policies
We usually process your order in 5-10 days for items carried in our warehouse
inventory. Please allow extra time for delivery of larger furniture items
and large orders.
Order Status and Tracking
Please wait until 48 hours after you have placed your furniture order
to check the status. You may email us at CasaDelSolFurniture@earthlink.net
to inquire about shipping status.
Cancellation Policy
We will attempt to cancel any unshipped order, provided you notify us
within 24 hours of placing your order. Please call 1-520-624-0404 for
order cancellation.
Standard Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling inside the Arizona Market is normally accomplished
in a company owned vehicle thereby ensuring personal attention by our
staff all the way to your doorstep. Inside delivery and set-up can also
be provided – ask for a quote. Deliveries outside the Arizona Market
is provided through common carriers, at cost.
Out-of-stock Policy
If an item is out-of-stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery
date before processing your order.
Pricing Policy
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors without notice
Payment Options
For our commercial customers with established credit, Casa Del Sol Furniture
offers standard Payment Terms of Net 20 Days from the delivery date. Special
Payment terms may be required for custom or very large orders. Late fees
will be assessed for late payments and a $50 fee will be charged on all
checks returned for collection.
